Famille Bougrier is a family-owned winery in France's beautiful Loire Valley, a region famous for its fresh, elegant wines. The story started in 1885, when Achille Guenault-Cousin fell in love with the land near Saint-Georges-sur-Cher in Touraine and founded Domaine Guenault. Six generations later, the Bougrier family still runs it with care and passion. They own over 100 hectares (about 250 acres) of vineyards across two estates in Touraine: the historic Domaine Guenault and Domaine de Lusqueneau in AOP Touraine Mesland. Their winemaker, Guillaume Noiret, has led the vineyards for nearly 10 years, and their wines often win awards.
