Astronomer Gin is a vacuum-distilled gin based on a neutral grain spirit. It contains pomegranate and 21 botanicals such as two types of Juniper, Cardamom, Thai Cardamom, Frankincense, Mandarin Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Orris Root, Jasmine Flower, Elderflower, Lavender Flower, Rose Petals, Chamomile Flower, Nutmeg, Timut Pepper, Andaliman Pepper, Cassia Bark, Coriander, Angelica Root, Black Currant Leaf, Elecampane Root.

A compelling nose of peach, mango, guava, and melon, with herbs, juicy pineapple and a touch of mint. The intricate palate has fresh coriander, juniper, and spice.
