The aroma of light pink gin is dominated by floral tones, complemented by subtle herbal notes and juicy hints of juniper. Refreshing, harmonious on the palate, with nuances of lemon, coriander, rose petals, lavender and a long aftertaste.

Gin is ideal neat with ice, as well as in cocktails with combination of tonic and rosemary sprig.

24 hours maceration of 7 types of selected botanicals in copper vats on a grape-based neutral spirit with the addition of rosé wine. The distillation process takes over 6 hours.

Stephen worked in telecommunications for about 15 years, but always dreamed of becoming a winemaker. In 2008, after the birth of third child, he refused a lucrative contract and decided to fundamentally change his future. In 2009, Stephen's family sold their house in London and moved to France. With insufficient knowledge of French, they settled in the small village of Cotignac, located in the heart of the Provence appellation. It took a year to learn the language. The next step was the creation of his own wine business, the main purpose of which was the production of rosé wine. The first vintage of rosé was released in 2010 and in the same year a contract was signed with Waitrose UK. The company continues to present itself to the international market with a brand new product range, receiving high evaluations.
