Tasting Notes

Grappa is colorless, transparent. It has an intense, strong aroma with fresh and fruity notes of berries, floral notes and a subtle, light hint of dried fruit. The elegant taste has a balanced softness.

Production Method

Grappa is produced from a blend of the most popular grape varieties in northeastern Italy. It goes through three stages of distillation at different temperatures. Before bottling, it is aged for about 6 months in steel tanks and acquires a sweet aroma.
