Champagne is produced by the traditional method (secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle). The blend consists of 3 grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, grown in 50 of the best vineyards in the Champagne region. To preserve the natural taste, champagne does not undergo malolactic fermentation.

Aging on the lees of the bottle for at least 5 years. (Generally, vintage champagne is required to age for 15 months).

The harvest for this Champagne comes from the best Premier and Grand Cru regions: Avize, Oger, Verzenay and Bouzy.
