Pisco Capel Reservado’s production is based on muscat grapes and spring water of Coquimbo Mountains. Grapes grow with extreme temperature swings between night and day, which contributes to the accumulation of polyphenols in the berries, by creating delicate and sweet flavor. Pisco is obtained by double distillation.

24 months aging in oak barrels.

"Pisco Chapel Reserve" is displayed in a classic bottle, as well as in the dark green glass in the form of statues of "Moai" on the island of Easter, which is especially attractive for international sales. Therefore, in 2000 this bottle deserved special attention and won the Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of Production in Paris.
