Mezcal has light amber-golden color. The spicy aroma harmoniously intertwines shades of agave, citrus fruits, nuts, resin, burnt sugar and smoke. The complex taste of mezcal reveals notes of coconut, almond, hazelnut, apple and pear, framed by woody-spicy touches.

Mezcal can be drunk neat or used as an ingredient for cocktails.

"Se Busca" Reposado is made from the juice of the agave variety Angustifolia. The stems are boile  d until a sweet syrup is obtained, and the juice from the leaves is fermented for 72 hours. Then everything is mixed and sent for double distillation. The result is a drink with a strength of 55%, which is diluted to the desired level of alcohol content.

Se Busca, which means ''wanted'' in Spanish, is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican Revolution who stood shoulder to shoulder with men in battle for a new constitution. These women were the outlaws of their time, earning the titles of  Adelitas and Soldaderas (women in military). Se Busca mezcal is a tribute to their battle cry - a cry proving that in every revolution there is love.
