Tasting Notes

Whiskey is characterized by a golden yellow colour. The bouquet is quite dry, with tones of leather, peat, and hints of citrus. The taste is slightly sweet with peaty hues. The finish is long, with nuances of toffee and vanilla.

How to serve

It is best to use whiskey as a digestif.

Production Method

Selected barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas was used to make whiskey. Distillation in small batches helps to preserve the natural aromas.

Aging Method

The whisky was aged in American oak and bourbon barrels. Aging took place in unique tropical climates at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level in Bangalore, an Indian city-garden.
