Hibiki Harmony

Experience the expert craftsmanship and incredible balance of one of Japan’s most famous blended whiskies, Hibiki Harmony. A whisky that epitomises the art of Japanese blending, Harmony is crafted from a selection of malt and grain whiskies aged in a variety of casks, creating a fruity, aromatic character with aromas of sandalwood, lychee and fresh rosemary on the nose. The palate brings notes of candied orange peel, white chocolate and floral honey, before a soft finish with delicate hints of mizunara oak.

The Japanese company Suntory (Suntory) was founded in 1899. Creator of the company became Shinjiro Tori after which the company got its name. Santori was created for the import of Spanish wines, but in 1923 began to show interest in whiskey and near Yamazaki builds the first distillery in Japan. The area where is located the distillery, with a cold and humid climate is ideal for aging whiskey in barrels. However, the present recognition Suntory whiskey was only in the 50s, after the Second World War. In 1973 he opened a second distillery in Hakushu - the center of Japan. Today it is the largest in the world and is equipped with 24 stills.
