Gevrey-Chambertin pairs with a wide range of cuisines, from basic roasts or grilled meats to rich seafood such as blackened tuna or seared salmon.

Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin is an elegant and powerful red wine with classic bing cherry fruit coupled with truffle and brown spice notes over a long and complex finish.

Manual harvest, hand sorting and destemming. The grapes are macerated and fermented in open wooden or stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 weeks. 

Aging lasts about 18 months in barrels, about a third of which are new.
