Tasting Notes

On the palate you can feel notes of forest fruits, plums and vanilla. On the nose, nuances of dark chocolate covered figs and walnuts are noticeable. It has a long aftertaste.

How to serve

Can be enjoyed neat or with an ice.

Production Method

This whiskey is double matured in rum casks for depth and richness of flavor. Released in limited quantities. only 750 bottles.

Aging Method

First matured in rum casks and then in premium Pedro Ximenez casks.
