Tasting Notes

Whisky has a sparkling golden color. The bright bouquet reveals note of peat smoke, shades of seaweed, sweetness of barley and heather. Full, slightly sweet taste, identical to the aroma, with peaty and brackish undertones, nuances of algae and a long aftertaste.

Serving

It is recommended to serve neat or with a little cool water.

Aging Method

10 years aging in oak barrels.

Whisky is distilled exactly in the same way as 75 years ago, when the beverage was developed by the founder Ian Hunter.
