Corvezzo, Prosecco Rosé Brut

In the aroma of bright, delicate pink sparkling wine the soft notes of red berries are followed by pleasant spicy hints. Dry, silky on the palate, with a balanced freshness.

Recommended to serve with a mixed tempura.

Grapes are harvested from organic vineyards exclusively by hand and subjected to soft cold pressing. Fermentation takes place for 60 days in steel tanks according to Sharma method.

Family winery Corvezzo is located near Venice, in the town of Cesalto. The local lands have always been generous and fertile, which, along with the marvelous beauty of the landscapes, attracted here the ancient Romans, and eventually the Venetian nobility. The wealthiest representatives of the Venetian estates had villas here, and one of these villas was the prestigious Villa Morosina, where Giuseppe Corvezzo lived at the the 20th century. In 1960, his son: Giovanni, founded a winery here, eventually giving the reins to his grandchildren: Giuseppe and Renzo. The territory of the winery grew, reaching an area of ​​140 hectares, and a new stage of its development came when Renzo Corvezzo became its head.
