Champagne has golden color with an elegant perlage. Fresh on the nose with hints of citrus fruits. The velvety taste of reveals tones of pomegranate and almonds, nuances of smoked tea, fresh honey, black cherry juice, and blueberries. The aftertaste is long-lasting, sweet, exquisite. 

Champagne pairs well with white meat, as well as light salads and desserts.

Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, only the best grapes are used for production.

24 months bottle aging.

The 2012 harvest was excellent, small in quantity, but very mature and high quality, which was reflected primarily in the aromatic intensity of the wines, including the Piper Heidsieck Vintage 2012.
