Don Fulano Reposado

The transparent reposado with yellowish reflection. The aroma reveals notes of spices, flowers, citrus fruits (lemon): leather. The French oak influence becomes obvious on the palate, with rich caramel, maple syrup, and creamy vanilla flavors. The cask influence is felt yet again in the finish, where agave pepperiness quickly fades to vanilla.

Recommended to drink neat or use as a component of cocktails.

After distillation, the tequila is aged for 8-11 months in French oak barrels, which guarantees the drink the perfect balance between notes of agave and shades of the barrel.

"Don Fulano" Reposado beautiful harmony of mature mountain agave and French Limousin oak. Ripe agave is fermented for 72 to 96 hours outdoors. 

In 1990, the Fonseca family inherited agave acrs. Don Enrique Fonseca decided to produce his own tequila and purchased La Tequileña distillery, located in the Tequila Valley. He called the brand "Don Fulano" 

Don Fulano is the legacy of five generations of the Fonseca family, who now craft their 100% estate grown agave tequila at the renowned La Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila, a distillery with over a hundred years and a beautiful history of its own. Don Fulano was created in 2000 by master distiller/blender Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza. It is made exclusively with three ingredients: estate-grown, hand selected Maduro and Pinto agave, yeast, and natural water: unfiltered, untouched, and free of additives.
