The aroma reveals notes of dark berries, yellow fruits and pleasant minerality. The finish is long-lasting and very impressive.

Pairs well with desserts, tartare, sorbets and salty caramel cakes.

Wine is aged in aged in stainless steel tanks. 

The Weis’s family has been one of the most famoust winemaking families in Moselle. Winery St. Urbans Hof, built in 1947, is named after the patron saint of winemaking - St. Urban.
