The aroma reveals notes of dark berries, yellow fruits and pleasant minerality. The finish is long-lasting and very impressive.

Pairs well with desserts, tartare, sorbets and salty caramel cakes.

Late harvest and fermentation with natural yeast.

Wine is aged in aged in stainless steel tanks. 

The Weis’s family has been one of the most famoust winemaking families in Moselle. Winery St. Urbans Hof, built in 1947, is named after the patron saint of winemaking - St. Urban. The estate is known for an outstanding collection of vineyards, among them the pearls of the Moselle: Saarfeilser and Okfener Bockstein. Thanks to old vines and the use of new technologies, Nik Weis Rieslings receive the highest marks from critics - for both basic Riesling and Grand Cru (GG) wines.
