Rice Arborio Mazza

Rice Arborio Mazza is an Italian short-grain rice designed primarily for preparing traditional Italian risotto. It is valued for its high starch content, which creates a naturally creamy texture while allowing the grains to retain a firm bite. Arborio has large, plump grains with a high starch content. During cooking, the rice releases starch into the liquid, creating the characteristic creamy consistency of risotto without requiring cream. The grains can remain pleasantly firm in the center when cooked correctly.

Mazza Alimentari company was founded 65 years ago by Giovanni Mazza and quickly has captured the hearts of Italian chefs by becoming the ambassador of Italian cuisine in the world. Currently, company's products are exported to a number of European and non-European countries.
