
The history of Finca Flichman company began in 1873, when Flichman family planted the first vineyards in Barrancas region and founded Barrancas Winery company. In 1910 the company was given another name, known as Finca Flichman, which in translation means "Flichman Estate". Nowadays Finca Flichman owns 719 hectares of vineyards in Barrancas and Tupungato regions, as well as two wineries that have been equipped with the latest winemaking equipment over the past few years. Finca Flichman wines are exported to more than 20 countries around the world, the annual production volume is 1.2 million. 9-liter box, 30% of which is exported. The main philosophy of the company is the development of an international style in wines while maintaining individual, characteristic regional taste qualities, concentration and richness, filled with the Mendoza sun and the power of the New World. Since 1998, the company has been owned by the leading Portuguese company Sogrape, is the winner of many international competitions, and for the second time in a row was recognized as the best wine producer in the world by the World Wine and Beverage Journalists (WAWWJ) magazine.
