This balanced sparkling wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on loess and gravel soils in the Palatinate. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
