The straw-yellow wine has subtle greenish hues. The bouquet is wrapped in notes of daisy and rosehip. Fruity flavors of avocado and gooseberry are also noticeable in the fleshy taste. The aftertaste has ideal acidity.

This wine is an excellent addition to aperitifs, vegetable dishes. Also can be enjoyed with pastries and other cookies.

The grapes are gentely pressed, after which the juice is left to rest for 1-2 days. Fermentation takes place over the next 20 days at 15°C in steel tanks.

Aging of the wine takes place on the lees for a period of 4 months.

Between the hills and the plains of the Italian province of Gorizia are the vineyards at an altitude of 60m above sea level. The land in this area is dry land covered with sand and stones.

The history of the Attems wine family goes back several centuries when the Bishop of Salzburg donated a plot of land to Corrado Attems in 1106. Family records kept in the Lucinico family residence show that the family became interested in winemaking a long time ago, namely in 1764.
