Red in color with dark ruby hues. The bouquet displays bright notes of juicy fruits and oak. The aftertaste is fruity with a light acidity.

Beef carpaccio, pizzas, BBQ grilled meat, teriyaki chicken, hamburgers, vegetable or meat lasagne, ratatouille, hard cheese. 

Hand harvest and 3 weeks of fermentation in stainless steel open vats. 

After devatting, the wines are aged in oak barrels during 18 months.
