The wine is straw yellow color. The scent when young, is rich and full offers intense floral and fruity sensations, developing over time the classic notes of honey, acacia and exotic fruit. The taste is full and balanced, full-bodied and persistent.

An excellent wine as an aperitif served fresh. Also perfect with light appetizers and fish․ 

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks in controlled temperature (18-20°C). 

The wine is aged for 1 year in stainless steel tanks on its lees.
