Wine of pale pink color with a peach sheen, in the aroma of tones of fresh berries and citrus fruits. Refreshing on the palate, with a good mineral structure and a long berry aftertaste.

Ideal for smoked salmon, prosciutto, light meat and fish appetizers, white meat and fish. It also goes well with Asian dishes.

The secret to getting a great wine is decanting along with must for about 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 19°C.

This wine is aged for 3 months in steel tanks.

The vineyards are located on the Tuscany-Maremma coast.
