Wine of golden straw color with light greenish reflections. The glass reveals aromas of wildflowers, yellow apple, pear and banana. Refreshing on the palate, well balanced, with a mild sourness and hints of almonds in the aftertaste.

Great as an aperitif with fresh salads, seafood pasta and fish dishes.

Hann-picked grapes are fermented in steel tanks without further malolactic fermentation.

The vineyards are located in the heart od Tuscany at an altitude of 100 to 250 meters above sea level and covers 30 hectares of south-eastern exposure. The soils are dry sandy-clay.
