Beautiful golden wine with yellow tints and notes of papaya, figs, gooseberries and lychee on the nose. Bright and refreshing on the palate, with harmonious acidity, rich texture and honey notes in the aftertaste.
Great to drink on its own or pair with seafood, especially fish and white meat dishes.
The grapes are cold macerated then pressed. Fermetnation takes place in stainless steel tanks. A small amount of Marsanne adds richness and complexity.
3 months aging in stainless steel tanks.
Harvest is done at night to keep the grapes fresh. The two varieties are fermented separately.
