Golden color wine with some greenish hints. Maturing early, it is dry, well-balanced, supple and refreshing. Pinot Blanc is ideal for serving as an aperitif, at formal dinners, receptions or light meals.
Best served with seafood, cold meats, tartes flambées, pies and other light appetizers.
The wine is made from early ripening Pinot Blanc grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, making the wine refreshing and elegant.
Trimbach is one of the oldest and most glorious wine houses in France. This symbol of the Alsace region was founded in 1626 and is now headed by members of the 12th and 13th generation of the Trimbach family.
