The wine with bright ruby color. Fruity-spicy shades and pronounced notes of strawberries in the nose. The elegant and delicate taste with bright notes of red fruits, minerals and spices.
Goes well with meat dishes and cheese plate.
Manual harvest, hand sorting and destemming. The grapes are macerated and fermented in open wooden or stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 weeks.
Aging lasts about 18 months in barrels, about a third of which are new.
