Wine is amber with straw hues. The aroma bouquet is expressed with shades of juicy pear and honey, combined with sweet notes of field flowers and herbs. Balanced and harmonious on the palate, with nuances of green apple, light bitterness and long-lasting honey aftertaste.

The wine pairs well with oily cheeses, seafood and poultry.

The wine is produced following the tradition of Armenian monastery wines (aged in clay karases).

These wines are aged in jars 80-100 years old. The latter were purchased from Oshakan, Voskevaz, Byurakan villages of Aragatsotn, from the villagers' cellars.

The villagers say that since wine is a living body, it feels good in a jar. It is also mentioned that the jar is like a woman's womb. Wine is generalized in this embryonic structure, it is born in its final form.
