The wine is perfectly golden in color. The aroma is intense with bright notes of walnut, cinnamon and juicy fruits. Intense and elegant in the palate with harmoniously combined notes of melon, fresh oil and fruit.

Aging usually lasts from 15-18 months on fine lies before bottling.

The vineyards are spread over gentle slopes, between 230 and 360 metres above sea level. 

Founded in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is one of the most famous wineries in Burgundy. Today, Maison Louis Jadot owns over 154 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy, with a focus on the potential of every Burgundy appellation, from Grand Cru to regional wines. The label of all wine bottles of the winery adorns the head of the mythological god of wine Bacchus.
