The wine of light yellow color, with a ripe fruit aroma and strong minerality. Spicy in the pallete, with hints of citrus and persistent, long-lasting aftertaste.

Perfectly pairs with fried fish and veal dishes. 

Hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. 

Wine ages on the lees in stainless steel tanks.

Vineyards are located on shale soils, rich in iron. 

The Weis’s family has been one of the most famoust winemaking families in Moselle. Winery St. Urbans Hof, built in 1947, is named after the patron saint of winemaking - St. Urban. The estate is known for an outstanding collection of vineyards, among them the pearls of the Moselle: Saarfeilser and Okfener Bockstein.
