Brandy has a bright, golden-amber color. The aroma is slightly bitter, with subtle hints of orange and rose petals, where the accents of vanilla, honey and ripe apricot can be caught. The flavor distinguishes by notes of peach, apricot, freshly baked brioche and raisins. In a long-lasting aftertaste the almond-oak nuances are observed.

The brandy is perfectly combined with Greek-style meat dishes and feta cheese.

Can be drunk neat or with ice, tonic,  also used as a cocktail ingredient.

Brandy is made by distilling several types of dried grapes grown in different regions of Greece.

Brandy is aged for 1 year: distilled grape spirit is matured in French (Limousin) oak barrels, after which it’s additionaly aged with an extract of Mediterranean plants.
