Rum of mahogany color. The rich aroma is full of exotic fruits and dried fruits, caramel and vanilla. Balanced and rich on the palate, with notes of toffee, prunes and banana. The aftertaste is longlasting and spirituous.  

Recommended to serve neat or with ice as a digestif, also pairs well with a cigar. 

Aging for at least 15 years in bourbon barrels․ 

This super premium rum was created to celebrate the opening of the first sugar mill in La Perouse Estate in 1787.

The House of Angostura company was founded in 1824 in the city of Laventil by entrepreneur Johann Siegert, who was only engaged in the production of bitters at that time. The production of rum itself began only in 1947 and since then it has been considered one of the best in the beverage market. To date, The House of Angostura produces about 65,000 liters of alcohol, most of which is Angostura rum, and annually delivers about 600,000 boxes of its products to the US, UK and European countries․
