Rum is light brown color with a golden hue. The rich aroma is filled with tones of caramel, spices, vanilla and pronounced apple notes. Rum has a juicy and mild taste with hints of vanilla and fruity notes. The aftertaste is longlasting and pleasant. 

Can be served as a digestif, or used as a cocktail ingredient.

This rum is produced from only the lower stems of the cane, which contain the most sugar. The stems are crushed and then slowly ground in special mills. The resulting porridge is squeezed out, the boiled syrup is mixed with yeast, distilled, and then filtered twice.

The House of Angostura company was founded in 1824 in the city of Laventil by entrepreneur Johann Siegert, who was only engaged in the production of bitters at that time. The production of rum itself began only in 1947 and since then it has been considered one of the best in the beverage market. To date, The House of Angostura produces about 65,000 liters of alcohol, most of which is Angostura rum, and annually delivers about 600,000 boxes of its products to the US, UK and European countries․
