Tenjaku Pure Malt

Whisky has deep golden amber color. The delicate, complex aroma is expressed with dominant hints of nuts, green apple and herbs combined with light smoky nuances. Rich, dense, deep, slightly bitter on the palate, with a a harmonious texture and a sharp sense of alcohol. The aftertaste is long, refreshing, clear, with notes of vanilla and wood.

Recommended to drink the whiskey neat or with ice. It is ideal as an aperitif or digestif, and can also be used as an ingredient in cocktails.

In the production of whisky, the water is taken from Fuefuki River, which has a moderate mineral and salt content due to additional filtration through the volcanic rocks of the Misaka Mountains. The main difference from regular Tenjaku is that only 100% malt spirits are used in Pure Malt whisky: (70% whisky is aged for 3 years, 30% is aged for 5 years).
