Whisky is amber with golden hues. In multi-layered aroma the notes of sea breeze, spices, flowers and algae are gently merged. Soft, round on the palate, with nuances of mint and flowers. A long, warming aftertaste is expressed with honey accents.

Whisky is recommended to be served as a digestif, as well as paired with smoked fish and seafood dishes.

During preparation, the purest filtered ocean water is added to the blend. 

The world's first whisky aged in pine barrels. The evergreen pine tree is a symbol of life in Japan, and the ocean is an integral part of life.

The name of whisky "Umiki" consists of two words: "Umi" - "Ocean" and "Ki" - "Tree".
