Tasting Notes

In the aroma of yellow-gold whiskey the tones of bourbon and barley intertwine with hints of caramel, cookies and spices. Barley, oak and orange nuances are noticeable in the bitter, at the same time, sweet taste. The aftertaste is long and elegant with hints of oak, bourbon, sugar and cocoa.

Production Method

Selected barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas was used to make whiskey. Distillation in small batches helps to preserve the natural aroma.

Aging Method

The aging took place in unique tropical climates at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level in Bangalore an Indian city-garden.
