Clear, bright and with greenish reflections, the wine explodes on the nose with boxwood and lily. It is a wine with persisting aromas and more mature notes of pomelo. The flavor is lively and intense with pleasant bergamot nunaces.

Recommended to serve as an aperitif, in combination with rich salads, pasta, fish dishes.

15% of the harvested grapes undergo cold fermentation. Then the juice obtained from the pressing of the pods is decanted for two days. Alcoholic fermentation takes 15 days at 18–20 °C. Steel containers are used for maceration.

The wine matures on lees for 4 months.

The vineyards stretch along the slopes of the province of Gorizia, 60 meters above sea level.

The history of the Attems wine family goes back several centuries when the Bishop of Salzburg donated a plot of land to Corrado Attems in 1106. Family records kept in the Lucinico family residence show that the family became interested in winemaking a long time ago, namely in 1764.
