This wine has a brilliant steady and purple colour. An intense nose with aromas of red and ripe berries underlined by a point of pepper or of licorice. Of a good tannic presence, the mouth is supple and smooth.

It harmoniously goes with roasted white meats, cheeses and fishes in red sauces. 

Traditional wine making in stainless steel vats.

The wine is aged in oak barrels.

Average age of the vineyards: 40 years.
