Inky purple, deep and dark wine with bright hues. The aroma is full of raspberry, lavender, dark chocolate and licorice notes. The rich and full-bodied taste includes hints of red berries, blackberries, rhubarb, vanilla and milk chocolate. In the mouth, the wine is perfectly balanced with soft and rounded tannins, pleasant acidity and a long, luxurious aftertaste. 

The wine goes well with red meat, game and goat cheese. Can be served with pork or lamb.

Manual harvest. The wine was fermented in a combination of stainless-steel statics and traditional concrete open fermenters with header boards at temperatures of 28°C. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels.

35% of the wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 18 months.
