Tasting Notes

Wine has a brilliant golden yellow color. The aroma of wine is composed of yellow fruits, flowers. The taste is soft, full, rich, with a silky texture, notes of apricot, pineapple and lime, long aftertaste.

Food Pairing

The wine goes well with lamb, as well as with rabbit dishes

Production Method

Alcoholic fermentation in partly new barrels.

Aging Method

8-9 months in barrel (20% new). In oak barrels on fine lees, with regular stirring of the lees.
