The aroma of bright yellow sake is expressed with floral and citrus tints of yuzu. On the palate citrus-floral hints are followed by notes of yuzu, lemon, lime and tangerine. The aftertaste is balanced, fresh with a slight acidity.

Sake can be drunk neat, with ice or used as an ingredient in cocktails.

The Yuzu citrus fruit has been grown in Japan for over 1,000 years. Because of its dry pulp and many large seeds, the citrus juice is separated from the peel and pulp in a very long and complicated process.
