The wine of light straw color revels fresh notes of citrus and tropical fruits, herbs and bright mineralitty. Rounded on the palate this wine is full of ripe fruits combined with a piquant bitterness, lively acidity and a long aftertaste․

Ideally paired with roasted beef, mutton with raw herbs, heavy sauces, raw and buttoned meat delicacies.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 

The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 3-9 month.
