The wine is light golden. In aroma the notes of fresh muscat grapes, exotic fruits, white peach, orange blossoms and citrus fruits noticeable. The taste is fresh, soft with delicious natural sweetness and fruity acidity.

Excellent aperitif. It pairs well with Asian dishes, light desserts with berries, sorbets and gelato.

The grapes are cold macerated then pressed. Fermetnation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains on lees in tank for 6 months.

The grape  grows in vineyards with clay-limestone soils in the appellations of Carcassonne and Minervo.

Harvest is done at night to keep the grapes fresh․
