Mezcal is clear crystalline. In fruity, slightly spicy aroma the tinis of agave, fresh vegetables, herbs and tobacco are noticeable. Balanced on the palate is with notes of nuts, fruits, green vegetables and spicy aftertaste.

Mezcal can be used as a digestif and in cocktails.

Mezcal "Se Busca" Joven is made from baked agave Angustifolia. The leaves of the plant are crushed with the help of a tahona - a wheel that rotates around its axis and grinds the agave. The resulting juice is fermented in open wooden containers, after which it is distilled twice in the Pot Still boiler. The result is a drink with a strength of 55%, which is diluted to the desired level of alcohol content.

Se Busca, which means ''wanted'' in Spanish, is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican Revolution who stood shoulder to shoulder with men in battle for a new constitution. These women were the outlaws of their time, earning the titles of  Adelitas and Soldaderas (women in military). Se Busca mezcal is a tribute to their battle cry - a cry proving that in every revolution there is love.
