Mezcal has light amber color. The aroma is expressed with tints of agave, vanilla, coconut, hazelnuts, raisins, persimmon and smoke. In fresh taste the notes of agave, pear, star anise, vanilla, hazelnuts, burnt sugar, coconut and resin are harmoniously combined.

Mezcal can be used as a digestif and in cocktails.

"Se Busca" Anejo is made from the juice of the agave variety Angustifolia. The stems are boile  d until a sweet syrup is obtained, and the juice from the leaves is fermented for 72 hours. Then everything is mixed and sent for double distillation. The result is a drink with a strength of 55%, which is diluted to the desired level of alcohol content.

2 years aging in French oak barrels.

Se Busca, which means ''wanted'' in Spanish, is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican Revolution who stood shoulder to shoulder with men in battle for a new constitution. These women were the outlaws of their time, earning the titles of  Adelitas and Soldaderas (women in military). Se Busca mezcal is a tribute to their battle cry - a cry proving that in every revolution there is love.
