Tasting Notes

The wine is golden brown. The fragrant bouquet is dominated by shades of rose petals, spices and candied lemon leaves. The taste is delicate, rich, with pronounced fruity and spicy notes.

Food Pairing

They are particularly well suited for foie gras, very rich, creamy dishes, blue cheeses, washed-rind cheeses and velvety desserts.

Production Method

Fermentation for 2-3 weeks and aging in stainless steel vats.
