The Irishman Single Malt has a rich aroma of sweet fruit with hints of oak. In the taste and aroma of The Irishman The Harvest you can feel notes of spices, peaches, dark chocolate and black pepper. The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish has a light brown color. In the taste you can feel shades of apricot, summer fruits, pineapple, ginger. 

Whiskey is used as a digestif, in combination with a cigar.

The Irishman Single Malt whiskey is matured in bourbon and sherry casks. Triple distilled and bottled at 40% alcohol. The Irishman The Harvest is a blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still. And The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish is matured first in American oak bourbon casks and then in rum casks for 6 months.
