Whisky Kensei Single Grain

Straw yellow in color with golden flashes, this whisky opens with aromas of vanilla, delicate nutty notes, toffee, and a hint of honey. On the palate, it reveals tropical fruits, smooth vanilla, orange-blossom honey, and lingering citrus accents.

Kensei Single Grain is yet another example of how to make a big one whisky in Japan: the small Kiyokawa distillery is located in a valley close to the mountains of Nagano, in a perfect environment for resting the whisky in the small oak barrels from which this Single Grain comes out. The wording Single Grain specifies that the whisky comes from the distillation of grain, a whisky more delicate than the consideration whisky of malt. Kiyokawa started producing a few years ago whisky but it is already carving out a leading role, thanks also to the refined and refined packaging.
