Yellow Rose Harris County Whiskey

The interesting aroma of whiskey is expressed in the shades of brown sugar, cherry, fruit-wood smoke, tobacco, toasted pecan. In rich taste the notes of cinnamon, spices, warm pecan pie are combined with hints of toasted coconut, black tea and peanuts. The aftertaste is long and sweet with nuances of cinnamon candy.

Bourbon is excellent neat and iced. It can be used as an ingredient in cocktails.

Yellow Rose Harris County Straight Bourbon Whiskey is hand-made and pot-distilled in Houston, Texas. The base is Texas-grown grains: Yellow Corn, Elbon Rye, and San Jacinto Malted Barley.

The idea for Yellow Rose Whiskey was born on a night among friends. In the years since, the spirits have challenged traditions, won awards and put the city of Houston, Texas on the global whiskey map. Fittingly, the name pays homage to a legendary character known for her bravery and independent nature.

Since 2012, Yellow Rose Distillery has garnered some of the spirit industry’s highest accolades including ‘Best in Class’ for Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon at the American Distilling Institute and was recently awarded a Double Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
