Louis Jadot, Bourgogne Aligoté

The wine is golden with straw hues. The fresh aroma is expressed with notes of peach, apricot, apple, lemon and herbs. Balanced on the palate with fruity-mineral nuances, pleasant acidity and long-lasting aftertaste.

The wine is ideal as an aperitif, also pairs well with light snacks, white poultry, grilled fish, seafood and goat cheese.

After harvest, the fruits are gently pressed followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks under the controlled temperature. 

The wines are aged in French oak barrels and concrete tanks. 

The vines grow in the company's vineyards on lime-clay soils.
